Adam Craig, an integral part of the Source One team, assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2022 after serving in multiple executive roles since joining the company in 2020. His leadership extends beyond operations, as he also serves as the chairman of the Compliance & Responsibility Board, a position that showcases his dedication to ethical business practices and sustainability.

Under his leadership, the Compliance & Responsibility Board has strengthened its commitment to considering both social and environmental impacts in the supply chain. Mr. Craig has pioneered several initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency while also prioritizing social responsibility and environmental stewardship.

An alumnus of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the Moses Brown School in Providence, RI, Mr. Craig brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role at Source One. His ability to balance business objectives with societal and environmental concerns reflects his commitment to running a sustainable, responsible, and successful operation.

Jonathan Elfassy is a McGill graduate with a Finance degree (BComm). Jonathan has a background in banking and financial analysis as he formerly worked for Laurentian Bank and Rosen Partnerships. Over the last few years, Jonathan has since then began trading and sourcing commodities. Over the pandemic, Jonathan processed over 20M USD worth of PPE transactions.

Jonathan now specializes in sourcing electronic components, as well as regular branded every-day household goods (such as cleaning products, food items, and consumer products). Jonathan's main strengths are negotiating contracts, structuring deals and managing a sales team that focuses on developing Source One Global's outreach across North America and the Middle East.

Erik Norden started his career in manufacturing and outsourcing nearly a decade ago. Since then he’s grown into an entrepreneur and investor, and runs an industry-agnostic consultancy. Erik stands out as an individual with exceptional drive to succeed, charisma, and outstanding networking skills, putting together new business acquaintances with old, seemingly effortlessly and quickly. He has done this all with good humor while being self-effacing and modest. He has been an extreme value-add to SOG.

John Cummings is our Director of Supply Chain Northeast Region. Although he is family in our organization now, JC came to us from a position as Director of Sales for a regional foodservice broadliner. He brings a wealth of experience reflecting his integrity as a Registered Representative in financial services with Northwestern Mutual, and Roth Capital and as a specialist with Paychex and other financial service companies. Notably, JC was top gun and Regional Vice President for Tuition Management Systems and has managed national and international customer service teams as well. He leverages expertise in manufacturing customer service, financial and foodservice sales, and from experience running his own small business. You can count on JC to follow up and provide a high level of support.

Jonathan Webb is a dynamic entrepreneur with over two decades of industry experience, currently serving as an Advisor at Source One while maintaining his position as Co-CEO of Packable. Jonathan's profound expertise in digital marketing, E-commerce, and 3PL services makes him a crucial asset both to Packable and Source One.

Jonathan embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 1998, when he established ID Society, one of New York City's pioneer digital marketing agencies. His strategic advisement benefited numerous high-profile clients, including Diageo, American Express, Starwood Hotels, and the New York Jets, thus firmly cementing ID Society's standing in the industry.

Over the course of his career, Jonathan has founded a total of seven companies, one of which is the renowned E-commerce platform, Pharmapacks. As President from 2014-2019, he significantly contributed to escalating the company's valuation to over $1 billion, demonstrating his exceptional business acumen.

Currently, alongside his advisory role at Source One, Jonathan continues to lead Packable as its Co-CEO, driving innovation and growth in E-commerce and logistics. Source One leverages Packable's industry-leading 3PL services, benefiting from Jonathan's vision and strategic direction.

Beyond his professional commitments, Jonathan is an avid fitness enthusiast and a strong advocate of work-life balance. He cherishes quality time with his wife and two daughters and inspires his colleagues and teams to harmonize their personal and professional lives.
